Here at Baltimore City Resource Parent Association, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support.  Since our recent inception we have been determined to make an impact on the world of resource parenting, the children we care for and the agencies we work with. At the core of our efforts we hope to bring Baltimore City Resource Parents support, ideas and passion to the range of activities we’re involved in.
